Spiritual warfare may include struggling with “spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms” (Ephesians 6:12). However, most of our “battles” are not external spiritual encounters but rather the daily struggle with our internal thoughts. Thanks be to God that he equips us with the right “weapons” for demolishing the strongholds of the mind.
