Acts 18:1-28

Paul stayed for 18 months in Corinth, at the direction of the Lord, to teach the new believers the word of God. His later letters (epistles) to the Corinthians, particularly 1 Corinthians, helps us understand that Paul taught them about church leadership, the Lord’s supper, spiritual gifts, conduct in the church, orderly worship, love, and marriage. In all his teaching and dialog in Corinth, one of the most important truths Paul taught the Corinthians was that of Jesus’ resurrection. In 1 Corinthians 15, Paul explains why the resurrection of Jesus is at the heart of all Christianity.
