 h\, our community\, and the nation. We encourage everyone to fast as the L
 ord leads but you're welcome to join in the prayer meeting even if you're 
 not fasting.   \nTypically\, the fasting and prayer meeting on the first
  Saturday of the month precedes the worship service on the first Sunday of
  the month when we share in the Lord's Supper. In months where the first S
 unday falls on the first day of the month\, we will hold an additional day
  of prayer and fasting on the last Saturday of the previous month. \nJoin
